Thank you, Alanis Morissette!

Two years ago, the Black Eyed Peas released a very annoying song called My Humps that you ended up having to listen to on blast whenever any young people were around you. In case you never got past the thud of the bass to hear the actual very silly lyrics, Alanis has made a nice version of the song. This time you can clearly understand the lyrics. Of course that isn't the entire point of Alanis' cover. Watch the video and be prepared to laugh!

How important is it that people understand what is being said on radio? I work with teens and it is so great to have a video like that to show them what they are listening to over, and over, and over again!

By the way, I grew up in Missoula, MT. Nice to see a fellow Montanan down here that is not over 65.
Go Griz!!!!

And I don't even usually like her. It reminds me of when Tori Amos did
"Smells Like Teen Spirit."

Loved it when Tori Amos covered that song...Maybe I don't want to know what some song lyrics are...Hmmm...

When I first saw this on youtube I laughed for a long time. I listened to that song when it first came out and I thought it was hilarious because of the lyrics. Alanis did a great job with this cover because it really highlighted how ridiculous it was.

It's the best. I see it everywhere now. Vh1's countdown show was talking about it today. I wonder what the Black Eyed Peas think of it? I bet they just have to laugh at it. It's just too good.
